Bucharest Feminist Film Festival - Lotus Sports Club

Lotus Sports Club is an inspiring documentary filmed over five years in Cambodia, following the coming-of-age journey of Leak, a teenage trans man on an under-21 women's football team. The film highlights his bond with Pa Vann, the team's coach and a father-figure to its LGBTQ+ players. The event features a double-bill screening with Kick-Off, followed by a conversation with the film selection team, consisting of Diana Munteanu, Teo Ștefan, and Maria Crîșmaru. This screening is curated as part of the F-SIDES Wildcards Residency 2026.
