Join us for an immersive craft chocolate tasting experience where you will learn about the world of fine chocolate while tasting a curated selection of dark chocolate bars made from cacao sourced from different origins. The tasting will be hosted by Martin Christy, Judging Director of the International Chocolate Awards and co-founder of the IICCT with over 30 years of experience in fine chocolate and cacao. During the event, you will discover what makes craft chocolate unique – from the careful selection of cacao beans to the small-batch approach used by craft makers around the world. Through guided tasting, we will explore how factors such as cacao origin, genetics, fermentation, and roasting influence flavor. You will taste a range of single-origin chocolates, each expressing the character of the region where the cacao was grown. From bright fruity notes to deeper nutty, every chocolate tells a different story.
