Vadoo Fest 2026

Vadoo Fest is a unique festival taking place in a tranquil glade at the foot of the Buzău Mountains, at an altitude of approximately 900 meters, about 3 hours from Bucharest and 2 hours from Brașov. This festival, running from August 20 to August 23, invites attendees to a temporary world where music, art, and nature converge, fostering a sense of presence, freedom, and connection. For four days, live music curated specifically for this event will provide a space for attendees to feel, move, and simply be. There will also be a forest that transforms into a living art gallery, featuring the Natural Bond program, which focuses on contemporary art, and the Vadoo Exhibits outdoor exhibition. Workshops and gatherings will help participants slow down, learn, and reconnect.

The festival features an exciting lineup of international artists, including:

• Ibibio Sound Machine (Nigeria/UK) - a vibrant London collective that fuses West African rhythms with electro, funk, and disco, led by the magnetic voice of Eno Williams.
• Eusebia (Madagascar) - showcasing the incandescent rhythms of the Indian Ocean.
• Sorvina (USA/DE) - an artist blending jazz-rap, neo-soul, and alternative hip-hop, surrounded by a live band.
• Ganna (Ukraine) - reinventing ancient folklore through voice, loops, and electronics.

Additionally, there will be a host of Romanian artists, such as Mădălina Pavăl Orchestra, JazzyBIT & K-Lu, Răzvan Florescu Quartet, Mara Halunga & Cauê de Marinis (RO/Brazil), UFe, Văzduh, Bully, and Pur și simplu. This festival not only offers a chance to listen to known names but also allows you to discover new ones that you'll remember long after the event.
